HRBR Solid State Bioreactor System

The HRBR Solid State (SS) BioReactor System is derived from the HRBR platform and designed primarily for aerobic or anaerobic solid state fermentation where the bulk of solid is required to mix and control evenly. The system's design achieves solid and liquid agitation by external rocking motion facilitated by our smart rocker with no internal impellers for all size bioreactors (1 to 30+ liters). The HRBR-SS systems are similar to a roller bottle but with only <360 degree rotation and provides all control functions similar to an upright mechanically agitated bioreactor. Each vessel is optimally designed with welded baffles and equipped with independent control for pH, temperature, humidity, gases, illumination intensity, etc. depending on the specification of each application.
